Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. announced National Title Production Operations Manager Kim Whitlock has received the American Land Title Association (ALTA) Our Values Award. Whitlock was recognized at the 2025 ALTA ONE Conference for her work with Women in Title, a nationwide organization she founded to provide female leaders with a network for professional development, community outreach, and more.
“Being recognized by my peers for something that means so much to me is deeply meaningful,” Whitlock said in a release. “What started as a simple idea to bring women together has grown into a powerful movement built on advocacy, collaboration, empowerment, and, at our heart, community.”
Women in Title focuses on fostering collaboration in the title industry, empowering women in their careers, and advocating for safe and inclusive workplaces. The organization has 31 active chapters and 38 more that are in the process of coming soon. As founder and president, Whitlock coordinates community events, webinars, and more for members to connect, network and learn. Since its start, Women in Title has amassed nearly 6,000 followers across social media.
The ALTA Our Values Awards celebrate title professionals who go the extra mile to exemplify the organization’s principles, including leadership and advocacy for important causes in the industry.
“Whitlock has demonstrated these core values fervently and will continue to do so as she achieves more and grows with Women in Title and Westcor,” Westcor leaders said in a release.
