Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. announced
Cristy Ward, the former executive vice president of sales of a national title agency, has joined the company as director of lender services.
“We are thrilled to have Cristy as part of the Westcor family,” said Mary O’Donnell, president and chief executive officer of Westcor. “Her 20-year commitment to the lending community is the ideal foundation upon which to build Westcor’s lender service group.”
Ward is joining Westcor’s newly formed lender services group, which was created to meet the changing demands of the lending community. Westcor said it will be integrating its core business agent relationships into a centralized service vehicle that will provide a “best-in-class” service level for the lender with an on the ground local feel.
Westcor, founded in 1993, reported an 80 percent increase in premiums written since 2004 and is currently licensed in 40 states and the District of Columbia.
