Ubitquity Inc. launched Crypto Audit Scanner Underwriter Edition, the first forensic platform designed for title insurance underwriters to manage portfolio-level cryptocurrency risk exposure.
As cryptocurrency-funded real estate transactions continue to grow, title underwriters face mounting challenges in assessing risk across their agent networks and insured portfolios, according to a release. Ubitquity leaders say Crypto Audit Scanner Underwriter Edition addresses this gap by providing enterprise-grade tools for aggregating crypto exposure, monitoring agent compliance and leveraging predictive analytics to prevent claims before they materialize.
“Title underwriters have been flying blind when it comes to cryptocurrency risk in their portfolios,” Nathan Wosnack, founder and CEO of Ubitquity Inc., said in a release. “Until now, there hasn’t been a purpose-built solution that gives underwriters the visibility they need across their entire agent network. We’re changing that with a platform that doesn’t just scan individual transactions — it provides true portfolio-level intelligence.”
The platform features an enterprise risk command center that includes portfolio risk dashboards with geographic heat mapping, agent network monitoring with compliance scorecards, an automated underwriting decision engine, claims prevention analytics, regulatory readiness tools and reinsurance support capabilities.
Key capabilities include 500-plus hop trace depth for source-of-funds analysis, detection of 25-plus attack vectors, real-time agent monitoring, and priority SLA response times as fast as one hour. The platform integrates with security engines such as VirusTotal, ClamAV, GoPlus, Malwarebytes, Phishing.org, and Revoke.cash.
“What makes this solution unique is the combination of deep forensic scanning with underwriting-specific workflows,” Wosnack added. “Underwriters can set their own risk appetite thresholds, automatically route edge cases for review, and generate examiner-ready documentation for all 50 states. We’ve built this from the ground up to fit how title underwriters actually work.”
The underwriting decision engine allows companies to configure tiered risk thresholds that auto-approve clean transactions, flag borderline cases for senior underwriter review, and automatically decline transactions with OFAC matches or high-risk indicators. The system also provides pattern recognition across historical claims involving cryptocurrency, enabling early warning indicators based on wallet behavior signatures.
Crypto Audit Scanner Underwriter Edition offers native API integrations with title production platforms including RamQuest, SoftPro, and ResWare, enabling real-time alerts and bi-directional data flow within existing workflows. A bulk portfolio scanning feature allows underwriters acquiring books of business to analyze entire policy portfolios for hidden crypto exposure before completing acquisitions.
The platform is available in three tiers: Regional Underwriter for single-state operations, Multi-State Underwriter for regional operations and National Underwriter for enterprise operations with custom pricing and unlimited scans.
