Tampa Bay title company Total Title Solutions announced the opening of two new offices in New Port Richey and Jacksonville, Fla., and a company-wide focus on advancing technology to improve internal operations and customer service.
Total Title said all three of the company’s offices are working on a technical strategy of digitizing all closing documents — both current and past. When someone needs a file from an earlier closing, it can be found in minutes instead of days.
Also, these new offices are set up with Total Title’s iPad app and technology to help home and commercial buyers and sellers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and bankers with the closing process. Total Title Solutions created the first title company iPad app in Florida to help parties to the transaction track the closing process from wherever they are.
“The technology we have created and implement to make the title process more efficient and easy for our clients have enabled us to open these two new offices. Our technology and employee training allows us to handle a higher volume of clients more accurately with zero defects and also go paperless. Happily, this has created more demand for our services and the need to expand,” said Abe Moussa, chief executive officer of Total Title Solutions.
For additional customer safety, the company reports it has built in double and triple redundancy in all areas including hard-wired land lines backing up cable to further improve its business model. This system keeps the doors open at all times as the offices are located in Florida which is known as the lightening capital of the world.
Total Title Solutions is a full service Tampa Bay title company licensed to work with clients throughout the state of Florida, and provides title insurance, escrow services, document preparation, inspections, judgment, lien and title searches and closing services.
