Sun Title announced the promotion of Kara Chan to the position of director of operations. Chan, who joined Sun Title in the fall of 2024, will, in her new role, oversee all business units and segments of the operations, including residential and commercial.

Chan began her career in the industry as an escrow officer in 2013. Her leadership skills led to a promotion to regional manager for a West Michigan title agency, where she was responsible for multiple offices before joining the Sun Title team.
