Stewart Title National Commercial Services (NCS) announced Ian Swainston has joined the company as vice president, operations manager, supporting its commercial operations across Nevada.
Swainston brings more than 29 years of leadership experience in the Nevada title insurance industry. His deep knowledge of the Nevada real estate market, combined with longstanding industry and community relationships, positions him as a key asset to Stewart Title’s NCS platform, according to a release.
In his new role, Swainston will oversee Nevada’s operational strategy and execution to ensure a high level of service, while supporting the region’s continued commercial growth. His leadership will strengthen Stewart Title NCS’s ability to deliver commercial transactions for clients operating locally and nationally.
