Stewart Title Guaranty Co. announced that Patrick Myers has been brought on as business development officer for the Baltimore metropolitan statistical area (MSA) in the Mid-Atlantic commercial division.
In his role, Myers will identify, procure, and nurture new business relationships within the commercial real estate space, focusing on connecting new clients with Stewart Title’s title insurance and related services. He will collaborate with commercial real estate brokers, developers, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to expand Stewart Title’s market presence across the Baltimore MSA.
“Patrick’s exceptional background in land acquisition, development, and financial analysis makes him a perfect fit for this role,” Morgan Gilligan, vice president-manager of Stewart Title’s Mid-Atlantic commercial division, said in a release. “His enthusiasm, expertise, and dedication to building client relationships will play a pivotal role in growing our business in the market.”
Myers most recently served as land acquisition manager for Caruso Homes, where he managed projects and developed relationships supporting residential ventures throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to that, he held various roles at Taylor Morrison and William Lyon Homes in Austin, Texas, where he advanced from land acquisition analyst to senior land acquisition analyst, contributing to financial transactions and project management.
Myers also brings financial services experience from Brown Advisory in Baltimore, where he served as a business analyst and institutional performance analyst.
“I’m thrilled to join Stewart Title,” Myers said. “After years of valuable experience in the real estate industry, I’m eager to leverage Stewart’s innovative tools and resources to drive success for our clients while expanding the company’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.”
Myers earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business in 2014.
