The firm focuses on the legal community, with an emphasis on managing larger, more complex real estate transactions in New Jersey and New York.
Poltrock has more than 40 years of experience providing specialized legal representation in commercial and residential real estate transactions, while McLean offers 30-plus years in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, operational excellence and strategic growth expertise.

McLean's career spans senior roles across corporate America, as well as founding and scaling multiple businesses, including one sold to a venture-backed multinational.
