Release tracking company reQuire made a few adjustments to its management roster to bolster its latest expansion moves. The company moved regional manager
Joe Troilo to New York City and hired
Alan Shumate to be its account manager in Northern Virginia.
Troilo will be spearheading the company’s expansion into New York State, which is its newest expansion territory. As reQuire continues to expand, Troilo will be responsible for introducing reQuire’s release tracking service to attorneys, settlement agents and title companies in Long Island, New York City and surrounding areas of southern New York.
“I am very excited to be in the Big Apple," Troilo said. "When I first started working with reQuire, I said that when we expand into New York, I want the opportunity to make it happen.”
For the past three years, Troilo has been instrumental in growing business for reQuire in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He was named reQuire Account Manager of the Year in 2009.
Shumate is responsible for building and strengthening accounts and selling reQuire services to attorneys and title agents in Northern Virginia. His background includes more than eight years of experience in the mortgage industry including origination, loss mitigation, secondary markets and investor guidelines.
“I knew about reQuire for some time and was quite compelled with the release tracking service," Shumate said. "Having worked in the mortgage industry, I understood how this service would have far ranging benefits for all parties involved."
reQuire Release Tracking currently has more than 2,000 customers in 32 states, the Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia. With more than 200,000 transactions added to reQuire’s database in 2011, the company employs 60 team members and reports a three-year revenue growth of 32 percent.
