RamQuest announced its Closing Market digital network is now integrated with Rexera, a technology partner providing homeowners’ association (HOA) documents, lien searches and mortgage payoffs for title and escrow, with additional services for lenders and investors.
Closing Market’s application-to-application interface now connects with Rexera, enabling users to work within their own software while benefiting from Rexera’s nationwide HOA database.
“The integration is very streamlined and helpful to complete requests efficiently. Plus the communication is excellent and updated constantly so we always know exactly what is going on with each request. Easy and smooth every single time,” Rexera and RamQuest customer Kacie McAteer, director of operations, national purchase at Boston National, said in a release
With Rexera, RamQuest customers can reduce manual tasks, risks of errors and repetitive calls and emails when tracking closing documents. Completed document orders are automatically delivered to their RamQuest solution, boosting efficiency in the process.
Paula Maurstad, RamQuest president, added, “We’re excited for our customers to take advantage of this integration. The streamlined procedure for obtaining HOA documents will provide big time-saving benefits and allow customers to focus on other aspects of the closing process.”
“We are thrilled to offer RamQuest users a seamless access to our services,” Rexera CEO Vishrut Malhotra said. “Title and escrow professionals should be able to spend time with their customers to grow their business, not chase HOAs and municipalities. This integration will allow RamQuest users to increase operational efficiency, decrease risks and costs, and close more files while building meaningful relationships with clients.”
