NFIB: Optimism rises for all industries except construction

The National Federation of Independent Business Research Center stated in a survey that manufacturing was the most optimistic of the four industries with an Optimism Index rating of 103.8; the rating increased 3.6 points from October due to items such as improvements in real sales expectations and inventory plans.
