NexTitle named Richard Ullstrom senior corporate counsel and Randall Szabo compliance manager and senior compliance counsel. Both will report to General Counsel David Fennell.

Ullstrom has practiced real estate law for over 30 years following graduation from the University of Washington School of Law, Order of the Coif. Szabo has practiced real estate law for over nine years following graduation from Lewis & Clark College Law School and a judicial clerkship.
The appointments come on the heels of the company’s earlier announcement of record financial performance in 2021.
