National Integrity Title Agency (NITA) welcomed Lou Hoguet, an industry professional with more than 20 years of experience, to serve as an account executive.
A former agency owner, Hoguet will draw on his relationship-building skills for this role, which will involve both managing existing clients and developing new ones. He will make NITA’s headquarters in Marlton, N.J., his base and focus on building partnerships with mortgage brokers, lenders and real estate agents in the New Jersey residential market.
Hoguet began his title insurance career in 2001, learning all aspects of the business, including working hands-on with title processing and closings. Soon after he bought the agency and led Land Guard Title Services in Manahawkin, N.J., until 2024.
“It wasn’t a hard decision,” said Hoguet, a licensed real estate agent and member of the Gloucester County Board of Realtors. “Over the years, I worked with NITA and saw first-hand its commitment to the customer experience. They are cutting-edge in technology, structure and processes. So, when this opportunity presented itself, I didn’t hesitate.”
NITA co-owner and CEO George Duffield Sr. agreed.
“Lou’s reputation speaks volumes, evident in having owned a title insurance agency for so many years,” Duffield said.
In speaking of the South Jersey native, NITA partner and Chief Operating Officer Fran Turchi added, “His community ties are strong – a big part of what makes us different from many of the other agencies here in this area.”
