Meridian Title acquires Indiana title company

After 135 years of service, Indiana-based Rowland Title Co. Inc. announced its sale to Meridian Title Co. Rowland Title owner Deca Williams said she decided to sell her firm as part of a way to provide better service to the real estate industry. “This was not an easy decision, but it is the right time,” Williams said.
