First National Title Insurance Co. (FNTI) announced the promotion of General Counsel David Hays to president.
“This significant milestone marks a new chapter in our company's journey, and we invite all team members, our agents and affiliates to join us in celebrating David's achievements and welcoming him into his new role,” FNTI CEO Chris Phillips said in a release.
Hays added he was looking forward to stepping into his new position.
“With the exceptional leadership across this company and the strong foundation we’ve built, I am filled with optimism about our future and confident that we will continue to thrive and we will continue to strengthen our relationships with our agents, ensuring that we remain the most distinctive underwriter in the market,” Hays said.
Hays has worked at FNTI since its inception. During his tenure as general counsel, Hays “demonstrated exceptional leadership and professionalism” in guiding the firm’s legal and compliance initiatives, company leaders said in a release.
“First National Title Insurance Co. is confident that under David’s leadership, the organization will continue to thrive, innovate, and set new benchmarks for service and excellence within the title insurance industry,” the release stated.
