First National Title Insurance Co. (FNTI) announced the promotion of April Roberts to senior vice president (SVP), operations manager. In her new role, Roberts will lead the strategic planning and execution for FNTI’s operations division, with a focus on driving efficiency, managing complex production goals and supporting the company’s continued national growth.
Roberts brings over 20 years of title industry experience, specializing in operations management, compliance and training. Since joining FNTI in 2018, she has led the development of the company’s education and compliance programs, overseen rates and forms implementation across multiple states, and supported national production efficiencies through systems like ResWare, RamQuest and FirstNet PRO.
Prior to FNTI, she managed large-scale operations handling more than 7,000 closings per month.
“April’s promotion is a reflection of both her exceptional leadership and her unwavering commitment to our mission,” FNTI CEO Chris Phillips said in a release. “She brings a unique blend of operational expertise, innovation and people-first leadership that continues to elevate our organization. FNTI President and General Counsel David Hays shared his enthusiasm for Roberts’ new role.

Roberts said she was excited to tackle the new responsibilities.
