First National Title Insurance Co. (FNTI) added two employees to its title production services team: Elizabeth Veracruz as vice president, director of title operations, and Laney Lowrimore as vendor management supervisor.
Veracruz’s focus will be assisting with the transition of the workflows into ResWare, elevating the company’s integration capabilities and readying FNTI for scalable growth in regard to title production services to its agents, according to a release. This will allow FNTI to centralize workflows and automate processes while improving communication and enhancing data and reporting.
“Elizabeth’s deep expertise and leadership in national title operations bring tremendous value to FNTI as we continue expanding our title production services,” FNTI President and General Counsel David Hays said in a release. “Her strategic vision and ability to align people, processes and technology will help us deliver even greater efficiency and service excellence to our agents.”
Veracruz has been in the national arena of the title industry for more than 25 years with a prominent focus on title production for the last decade. She said she looks forward to collaborating with the various teams to launch FNTI into 2026.
“I’m honored to step into the role of director of title operations for FNTI and continue building on our team’s strong foundation of excellence. My focus will be on optimizing our processes, enhancing collaboration and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients,” Veracruz said.
Veracruz also highlighted the addition of Lowrimore to FNTI’s team as its vendor management supervisor.
“She will oversee vendor partnerships, procurement processes, and contract performance to ensure continued excellence in quality, compliance, and value for FNTI and its agents,” Veracruz added.
