FNF hires nine professionals for New England agency operations

Throughout the first quarter of 2026, Fidelity National Financial (FNF) Family of Companies has announced the addition of nine professionals to its team across the New England Agency Operations.

“Each of these hires brings a depth of industry knowledge, leadership, and client‑focused expertise that elevates our organization,” Rich Cannan, executive vice president, divisional manager, said in a release. “Their combined experience strengthens our ability to support agents in Massachusetts and across New England, and we are thrilled to welcome them to the FNF family.”

James  (Jim) Bilodeau Jr. will serve as senior vice president, New England sales manager.  He brings more than 30 years of industry experience in agency relations, legal practice and regional sales leadership. Prior to joining FNF, he served as vice president and Massachusetts state manager for a regional underwriter.

Melanie Kido will serve as vice president, Northeast Underwriting Counsel (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont). Kido joins FNF with more than 20 years of experience underwriting residential and complex commercial real estate transactions. She has served in senior underwriting roles with both regional and national underwriters, most recently as vice president and Massachusetts State Counsel. Earlier in her career, she was in private practice.

Kido is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, and Boston University School of Law. She is admitted to the Massachusetts and California bars and is actively involved in regional and national title organizations, including NELTA, REBA, ICSC, the Abstract Club, and multiple ALTA committees.

Nicole Cox will serve as vice president, Senior Underwriting Counsel (Massachusetts). Cox brings over 20 years of residential and commercial real estate experience to the role. She previously served as title counsel for a regional underwriter and spent over a decade in private practice, including ownership of The Law Offices of Nicole  Cox, P.C. Cox is an active member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA).

Tucker Dulong will serve as vice president, Northern New England Agency Counsel (Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont).

Dulong brings 12 years of underwriting experience from a regional underwriter and is licensed in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a member of several key industry groups, including REBA’s Standards & Forms Committee, the ALTA Forms Committee and the Abstract Club. Tucker regularly contributes to MCLE programs and industry education.

Mark Corbett joins FNF as Commercial Underwriting Counsel (Massachusetts) with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. His background includes title examination, residential and commercial transactions, and most recently serving as Managing Real Estate Attorney at MAW LAW, P.C. Prior to that, he operated as a sole practitioner.
Corbett is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and is a member of REBA.

Karen Adamski is joining FNF as Assistant vice president, Underwriting Counsel (Massachusetts).

Adamski has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 2022 to 2026, she served as Title Counsel for a regional underwriter. Before that, she owned the O’Brien & Adamski Law Office, where her practice focused on residential real estate, probate administration and estate planning.

Adamski holds a bachelor’s degree in English Journalism from Westfield State College, an MBA from American International College, and a JD from Western New England University School of Law. She is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and is a member of the Hampshire County Bar Association, the Hampden County Bar Association, and REBA.

Nichole Barros joins FNF as an Associate Underwriter (Massachusetts).

Barros comes to FNF with over 25 years of experience in the title and real estate industry. She has served in underwriting roles for both national and regional underwriters and previously held the position of Vice President of the 1031 Exchange Division for a national underwriter. She is also a member of REBA.

Madlene Dell’Anno will serve as vice president, Agency Representative (Massachusetts).

Dell’Anno joins FNF with four decades of mortgage banking experience and 30 years in the title insurance industry. She has held key positions with national and regional underwriters, including roles as sales representative, sales manager, and senior agency advisor. Dell’Anno is known for her strong agent relationships, hands‑on support, and expertise in marketing, training, and onboarding.

Monique Bourget will join the firm as AVP as Agency Onboarding Manager (Massachusetts). Bourget has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and title operations. Her background includes work as a real estate paralegal, founder of a paralegal services company, and over 20 years as a top‑performing sales representative for national and regional underwriters. Monique specializes in agent onboarding, workflow training, process implementation, and sales support.
