Exeter 1031 Exchange Services LLC announced the addition of Steven Knight as a 1031 exchange officer in the company’s Texas regional office located in Houston.
Knight brings more than five years of experience in the qualified intermediary industry and joins Exeter’s growing Texas operation to support real estate investors, attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, escrow professionals and other transaction stakeholders throughout Texas and across the country.
Working alongside Phuong T. Tran, assistant vice president and chief of staff, Knight will help deliver Exeter’s suite of 1031 exchange solutions, including forward, reverse, improvement, leasehold improvement, foreign property, partnership installment note (PIN) and zero-equity exchange strategies.
Knight’s experience includes coordinating and facilitating exchange transactions, guiding clients through deadlines and regulatory requirements, managing documentation workflows and supporting transaction outcomes.
