Economist: Homeownership costs moderating since pandemic

Homeownership expenses in 2024 rose by 4.6 percent year-over-year, but it was a smaller increase than it had been in the previous two years, suggesting pandemic-era cost pressures may be easing, according to First American Senior Economist Sam Williamson.
