Dono has launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solution that converts search packages and property records into customizable formatted reports.
Industry professionals upload data packages to Dono’s platform, where AI unbundles documents, extracts relevant information, and generates customized reports, according to a release. The technology processes packages containing hundreds of documents in minutes, including handwritten records and poor-quality scans, maintaining 100 percent accuracy through a verification system that flags uncertain data for additional review.
Organizations define their report requirements once including sections, branding, and data arrangements, and Dono generates a customizable report to fit those specifications. The platform handles all standard title industry formats including PDF search packages, image files and bundled document sets. Companies can receive reports through the platform, connect via Application Programming Interface or set up automated email delivery.
“The title industry wastes countless hours reformatting the same data into different templates,” Tali Gross, CEO of Dono, said in a release. “We built this because we watched companies lose deals while their teams were stuck typing.
