Dave Samson has joined Corporate Settlement Solutions (CSS) as vice president of strategy and growth. He will focus on partnering with clients to deploy successful real estate settlement solutions to support their growth
“Dave is a key addition to our sales and growth organization as we focus on value-based solutions driven by the changing needs of lenders looking for service improvements, cost savings and overall efficiencies,” CSS Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth Kyle Kauss said in a release. “We talk with enough lenders to know that they are looking for partners who can outperform conventional results, and Dave’s consultative style and industry knowledge will contribute to our continued growth."
Samson is a 30-year veteran of the title and escrow industry, including at First American, where he managed title solutions and executed the Louisiana Road Home Federal Relief Program. Most recently, as vice president at Accurate Group, he led remote online notary and digital mortgage processes for consumer and mortgage lending.
