Chicago Title Co. has moved
Yvette Alvarado to be a consultant for its builder services department of real estate team (DRE).
Alvarado began working in the building industry in 1994, managing recording service offices in Inland Empire and San Diego Counties in Southern California. She joined Chicago Title in 2002 in the commercial title department and, as the company’s needs shifted over the years, she has taken on roles in various departments including customer service, DRE, and subdivision title before returning full-time to the DRE Department.

Her well rounded background provides Alvarado with the foundation for understanding the developer's needs and timeframes and her strong customer service skills are a major asset to the developer clientele. Working with local and national projects, her commitment to providing outstanding service to her clients has facilitated her growth and allowed her to excel at Chicago Title.
Alvarado will be replacing Christina Morgan who has served as the company’s DRE consultant for more than nine years and is leaving to attend law school and join the Luce Forward firm in San Diego.
