The CATIC Foundation announced its 2025 year-end charitable contributions, reaffirming its commitment to the communities where CATIC’s employees, agents and partners live and work.
Each year, the foundation supports non-profit organizations that align with CATIC’s values: advancing housing stability, expanding educational opportunities, fostering community well-being, and uplifting individuals and families across the region.
“For the past 25 years, the CATIC Foundation has continued to demonstrate its commitment to supporting charitable organizations and educational institutions in a variety of local communities,” Damon Carter, president of the CATIC Foundation, said in a release. “These contributions reflect our gratitude for the trusted relationships that we’ve built with our community partners and our dedication to helping organizations striving to make a meaningful difference in their respective communities.”
This year’s donations support a range of initiatives, including:
• ALTA, Washington D.C. – The ALTA Good Deeds Foundation supports the charitable efforts of title professionals as they work to build and strengthen local communities and exemplify the title industry’s values of delivering and protecting.
• Marguerite’s Place, Nashua, N.H. – Transforming the lives of families working to achieve safety, stability and independence by fostering connection and providing holistic, individual and group support offerings, including transitional housing for women and their children, as well as early childhood education, and group-based community programs.
• The Cooperative Fund of the Northeast, Watertown, Mass. – Economic justice for all through supporting thriving cooperative enterprises.
• iServe Ministries, Jefferson, Ga. -- iServe’s mission is to bridge the gap between church and the community, serving those in need and teaching them skills that lead to change.
These contributions are made possible through the generosity of CATIC employees and leadership, whose continued participation enables the foundation to reinvest in the communities it serves.
“Community service is a core value at CATIC, and we are proud to do our part to help build better communities in partnership with the CATIC Foundation,” James M. Czapiga, Esq., president & CEO of CATIC, said in a release.
The foundation will continue its philanthropic efforts in 2026 through new programs, partnerships and community initiatives.
