Orlando, Fla.-based real estate firm Barry Miller Law has expanded its attorney team to six.
Mark C. Elliott, Esq. is the latest addition and joins the firm as a senior attorney. He will be focusing his practice on residential and commercial real estate, regulatory compliance, civil litigation and employer/employee relations.
Elliot brings with him a wealth of experience having previously been in private practice, focusing on workplace litigation and representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions. He began his career after law school in the federal government as a law clerk with the general counsel of the U.S. Department of Energy.
Additional career stops included the executive office of Washington, D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty as a special assistant to the mayor’s general counsel and further work in the D.C. government as an assistant general counsel.
Elliot is licensed to practice law in both Washington, D.C. and Florida.
