BankUnited Inc. announced Brian Phillips has joined the bank as senior vice president, national sales manager, within its National Title Solutions (NTS) division.
BankUnited’s NTS team partners with title and settlement professionals nationwide, providing specialized deposit, escrow and treasury management solutions designed to support operational efficiency and service excellence across the title industry. In his new position, Phillips will drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while managing BankUnited’s company-wide NTS sales professionals.
“Brian is a seasoned sales leader with an exceptional record of spurring industry innovation and growth while building deep relationships in the title and settlement services sector,” Kelly Sleece, executive vice president of BankUnited National Title Solutions division, said in a release. “He is a tremendous asset and will further solidify our already strong NTS executive team.”
Phillips joins Bank United from WFG National Title Insurance Co., where he was senior vice president, Regional Manager, West/Southwest/National regions. In addition to sales leadership, he possesses knowledge of title solutions, mortgage lending processes and compliance standards.
Phillips, who lives in Denver, holds a JD from Sturm College of Law, University of Denver and a bachelor of science from the University of Colorado.
