CATIC announced Debra Faioli will join the firm as a senior paralegal supporting its Rhode Island operations. In this role, Faioli will assist with title commitments and policy production, support real estate transactions, coordinate with attorneys, examiners, and underwriters and help ensure the efficient processing of title and closing-related activities.
“Her extensive title insurance and real estate experience make her a valuable addition to our team,” CATIC leaders said in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to joining CATIC, Faioli most recently served as a real estate paralegal/agency services professional with a national underwriter, where she was responsible for preparing and issuing title commitments and policies, reviewing abstracts, coordinating title searches and updates, communicating with attorneys, examiners, and underwriters, and managing multiple title-related databases.
Previously, she held title insurance positions supporting policy production and real estate transactions across multiple states. In addition, Faioli has experience as a realtor, office manager and collections division supervisor, bringing a diverse background in customer service, operations and real estate.
Faioli earned a business management certificate from The Sawyer School and has built more than two decades of experience supporting real estate, title insurance and agency operations throughout New England.
