Near North Title Group announced the addition of Laura Latham as central Indiana residential managing director, based in the company’s Carmel, Ind. office.
With more than 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry and a record of executive leadership, Latham will oversee residential operations throughout central Indiana while driving regional growth, strengthening client relationships and supporting strategic market expansion.
Latham has held executive leadership, operations management and branch management roles throughout central Indiana, leading high-performing teams, overseeing multi-office operations, and driving business growth across residential title and settlement services. Her experience includes operational leadership, business development, underwriting relationships, risk management and customer service excellence.
Her broad industry knowledge and leadership experience have enabled her to navigate every facet of the business, from underwriting coordination and title operations to strategic planning, market expansion and client relationship management. As a lifelong resident of southside Indianapolis, Latham brings a combination of local market knowledge and industry expertise to her role.
