National Integrity Title Agency (NITA) recently added Renée Stone Cacopardo to its business development team.
Based at the South Jersey shore, Cacopardo will continue the company’s expansion in the region with her initial focus on the stretch of coastal towns from Brigantine to Longport and the mainland, including Hammonton and nearby communities. She will be responsible for establishing new business but also fostering existing client relations with area realtors, lenders and real estate attorneys.
A licensed title insurance producer for more than two decades, Cacopardo will take her experience on the road and bring onsite closings directly to clients’ offices.
Cacopardo joins NITA after 15 years as a real estate closer and office manager with a regional title agency. She has held various positions at real estate and law offices and financial institutions.
“I cannot be more excited with this opportunity,” said Cacopardo, who has had her title license since 2003 and has lived in New Jersey her whole life. “I felt this same sense of a close family the first time I met with the NITA team. They’ve established an environment that celebrates individuals within a professional, collaborative environment yet knows what it means to make work fun.”
NITA’s CEO said Cacopardo will be an asset to his organization.
“‘Let’s go’ is the first phrase that comes to mind when describing Renée and her positive attitude,” NITA co-owner and CEO George Duffield Sr. said. “While her experience speaks for itself, her character speaks even louder. She is a people person and this is a people business. We couldn’t be more pleased to have Renée be a big part of our future.”
