Phoenix-based Western Alliance Bank announced its appointment of Heather Kelly as head of the business escrow services group.
Kelly brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise, having served previously as chief strategist, managing director and senior relationship manager for Western Alliance Bank’s business escrow services group.
"Heather’s leadership, strategic vision and deep understanding of the escrow services industry make her the ideal person to lead our business escrow services group going forward,” Dale Gibbons, vice chairman and chief financial officer of Western Alliance, said in a release. “Her years of experience managing highly complex M&A deals across the globe have proven essential for our clients, and we look forward to the ongoing growth and success of the business escrow services team as they continue to make a difference for our clients.”
As head of the business escrow services group, Kelly will oversee strategic direction and operations as well as manage execution of transactions. She also will continue to spearhead relationship management with key law firms and strategic acquirers, as well as the continuing integration of technology enhancements crucial to simplifying and streamlining the post-closing process for buyers, sellers, counsel and other stakeholders.
