SoftPro released a new integration with Fidelity National Financials’ agentTRAX for data collection in response to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) anti-money-laundering rule. agentTRAX’s new FinCEN product enables users to collect the required buyer/seller data and certifications for completion of the Real Estate Report.
The integration is made possible by SoftPro 360, the free vendor portal that connects SoftPro users to the agentTRAX FinCEN solution. Settlement agents who use SoftPro can access the secure, new agentTRAX data collection platform (ReportMyTransactionSecurely.com) for the purpose of collecting the required FinCEN buyer and seller data and certifications. That data is both viewable and editable within the platform. The agentTRAX FinCEN tool will soon offer a solution for reporting the data to FinCEN.
“SoftPro customers rely on us to navigate the changes brought about by the new FinCEN rule, and we are pleased to offer this new agentTRAX integration to that end,” SoftPro Chief Customer Officer Patrick Hempen said in a release.
The SoftPro 360 vendor portal eliminates the rekeying of data and provides a two-way transfer of data between SoftPro and a nationwide network of third-party vendors, according to a release. SoftPro users benefit from integrations with vendors such as agentTRAX to securely order and receive title products and services electronically.
