Docutech, a provider of the loan lifecycle document, eSign, eClose, and print fulfillment technology, announced its products and solutions are now integrated with ICE Mortgage Technology’s Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) platform via its latest API framework, according to a release.
The framework connects Docutech and ICE solutions in a single integration with improved disclosure tracking support and automated service ordering, streamlining access for lenders and investors leveraging the Encompass digital lending platform.
“This single integration simplifies access to our innovative solutions to help clients optimize efficiency, enhance compliance, and create an outstanding borrower experience,” Pam Forrester, senior vice president of First American Mortgage Solutions, said in a release. “We’re committed to continually enhancing the value we deliver to our clients across origination, post-closing and servicing.”
The integration uses EPC APIs and Partner Document Delivery, offering access to Docutech solutions, including document generation, eSign, eNote, eVault, remote online notarization, and in-person electronic notarization for a secure and efficient experience within Encompass.
Additionally, the integration delivers a digital, compliant workflow for efficient mortgage closings through process automation and reduced errors with real-time syncing. Digital assets are accessible within the EPC platform, reducing administrative tasks and simplifying document management, while improving the overall client experience.
“We are thrilled to present this single integration solution,” Partner Integrations Director Jenny Martin said. “Historically, Docutech has offered many integrations into Encompass. With EPC, we’ll be able to provide one solution for all our Encompass integrations, which will provide an accelerated workflow process and improved client experience overall.”
