Bowe Digital announced the addition of Raquel Fabian as sales representative and the promotion of Kellie Carmichael to content director.
Fabian joins Bowe Digital following a successful four-and-a-half-year tenure in Austin, Texas’ thriving tech hub, where she managed a seven-figure book of business as an account executive. She has experience in high-volume hospitality management and complex technology sales.
Fabian’s approach is rooted in identifying and fulfilling customer needs through lasting relationships, attention to detail and a deep understanding of business goals, according to a release. In her new role, she will focus on helping brands develop digital marketing strategies that enhance visibility and strengthen engagement.
“Building strong, lasting partnerships has always been at the core of my work,” Fabian said in a release. “I’m excited to bring that relationship-first mindset to Bowe Digital and work alongside businesses to develop thoughtful, results-driven marketing strategies that support long-term growth.”
Carmichael has been with Bowe Digital for more than three-and-a half years, most recently serving as a content lead, where she played a key role in crafting written marketing content and telling customer stories that resonate with the audiences they want to reach. Her work includes prior experience in marketing for a title insurance company.
In her new role as content director, Carmichael will continue creating content for clients while also leading and supporting the content team. Her focus includes staying on top of marketing trends and ensuring the team has the tools and resources needed to deliver “effective, well-written content aligned with each customer’s goals,” according to a release.
