Chaves Perlowitz Luftig (CPL) LLP announced Suela Prela has joined the firm as senior counsel. Prela joins CPL with extensive experience in real estate law, having worked alongside Lisa Gabler for several years at Gabler’s prior firm.
“Her deep familiarity with commercial and residential transactions—and her established working relationship with our team—will ensure continuity and excellence for our clients from day one,” a Chaves news release stated.
A graduate of Pace University School of Law and admitted to practice in New York since 2009, Prela brings nearly two decades of experience representing clients in complex real estate matters, including topics such as commercial leasing, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
The addition of Prela further strengthens CPL's capacity to serve clients across all facets of New York real estate.
