Chaves Perlowitz Luftig LLP announced Lisa Gabler has joined the firm’s expanding commercial real estate practice as a partner.
Gabler brings more than two decades of experience to her role, counseling clients across the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters throughout New York. Her practice encompasses the acquisition, sale, financing, and development of office, retail, industrial, hotel and residential properties.
She typically represents building owners and tenants in office, warehouse, retail, and restaurant leasing, and handles all forms of commercial and residential lending—including construction, bridge and permanent financing. Gabler also provides counsel to real estate developers and cooperative corporations navigating complex transactions.
A graduate of Syracuse University School of Law, Lisa is admitted to practice in New York State and is an active member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
“New York’s commercial real estate market demands attorneys who understand not just the law, but the dynamics of each transaction,” Gabler said in a release. “At CPL, we bring that perspective to every deal — whether we're representing a landlord, tenant, lender, or developer. I’m excited to join this practice and continue delivering the strategic counsel our clients expect.”
