Ardán Inc. announced Kevin Koon-Koon is rejoining the organization as chief innovation officer. In this role, Koon-Koon will lead enterprise technology strategy, software engineering, agents-facing products and both existing and new technology initiatives.
“Kevin’s leadership will help bring together our technology assets, modernize our platforms and identify new opportunities where innovation can drive both efficiency and revenue,” Terry Wright, CEO of Ardán, said in a release. “I am confident his enterprise vision provides a strong foundation for the next chapter of our technology evolution.”
Koon-Koon brings more than two decades of experience in title insurance, real estate technology and enterprise transformation. He is known for building platforms that simplify complex workflows, improve the agent experience, and connect data, automation and underwriting discipline to real-world business outcomes, according to a release.
Earlier in his career with the Ardán Family of Companies, Koon-Koon played a role in architecting and launching core technology platforms, including GridBase, a universal API designed to enable collaboration between lenders and title agents. He also led the digital transformation of the Westcor Store by bringing a suite of tools, resources and technology products together on a digital platform for use by Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. agents. These initiatives continue to serve as foundational elements of Ardán’s technology ecosystem.
In his role as chief innovation officer, Koon-Koon will build the next generation of technology that supports the Ardán Family of Companies’ underwriting, agent services and operational growth.
