Liberty Title announced the addition of Kate Fraser as the newest account executive in its Birmingham, Mich. office.
Fraser brings a professional background rooted in customer service, commercial insurance, consulting and entrepreneurship. Much of her recent career has been spent in the home care industry, where she supported business owners, advised new care providers and launched her own agency serving local families.
“Every chapter of my career has centered around bringing safety, compassion and peace of mind to others,” Fraser said in a release. “That naturally translates to what we do in the title industry. Helping people start a new chapter of their lives, and being a trusted resource they can rely on, is what fuels me.”
In her new role, Fraser will support Liberty Title’s growth in Oakland County, strengthen relationships with real estate agents and lenders and serve as a guide for clients throughout their transactions.
Fraser said she is energized by the challenge of learning a new industry and loves the blend of real estate, legal work and problem-solving the title profession offers.
She also sees strong opportunities in today’s shifting market, with increased inventory and greater negotiating power benefiting buyers while sellers succeed by staying flexible and adapting to trends such as sustainability and remote-work-friendly homes.
Having worked with Liberty Title personally and professionally, Fraser says joining the team feels like the right fit.
“The more I learn about what we do and how we do it, the more I feel at home,” she said.
