Settlor has unveiled an integration with DataTrace giving users of Settlor’s title production system (TPS) access to DataTrace data-focused tools from within the Settlor platform.
The new integration enables Settlor users to perform automated title searches based on specific property information and retrieve associated documents within the TPS without having to enter a different portal or open a new program.
According to Settlor’s Customer Development Director Christine Lee, the integration will streamline Settlor users’ ability to access DataTrace tools and data without leaving the Settlor platform. She notes the integration exemplifies Settlor’s commitment to providing a TPS that empowers title firms to build their tech stacks using the solutions best suited to their own unique needs, regardless of provider.
“DataTrace has long been an elite provider of title technology and data, and our clients have made it clear that it’s an important part of their workflows,” Lee said in a release. “Rather than forcing an alternative on them, we work with title and escrow businesses to accommodate their needs.
