Benutech has launched Daily Lead Alerts, a new feature inside its flagship Title Toolbox platform that is designed to alert real estate agents to listing opportunities the moment they occur.
Daily Lead Alerts automatically monitors a three-mile radius determined by the user, alerting them whenever a “life event” (divorce, probate, affidavit of death, mortgage default, bankruptcy, involuntary lien, etc.) is publicly recorded in their selected area. Most 3-mile radiuses will include between 10,000 and 40,000 properties, generating a sizable list of potential new listing leads for agents to pursue.
Title Toolbox users can activate this new function with three easy clicks, ensuring that the user receives a list of new “life event” leads daily.
