Ubitquity Inc. announced that its SmartEscrow DApp is live and operational on the XPR Network.
The SmartEscrow DApp is a core component of Ubitquity’s broader vision for a unified title ecosystem, according to a release. This system is designed to connect underwriters, title agents and county records using web3 and AI, addressing long-standing industry challenges of siloed data, manual overhead and increasing fraud.
Nathan Wosnack, founder & CEO of Ubitquity Inc., said the company’s long-term objective is, “To build a secure, compliant, blockchain-powered title ecosystem… enabling instant verification, automated settlement, and transparent, auditable title transfer.”
The newly deployed SmartEscrow contract is the technical foundation for this vision, enabling the automated, fraud-resistant settlement of real-world funds using stablecoins. This development is a piece of the Ubitquity Technology Stack, which also includes NFTitle Network (and other add-ons), and Crypto Audit Scanner, all working in concert to mirror and secure land records on the blockchain.
