Compass, Anywhere Real Estate announce merger

Compass Inc. and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement. The combined company is expected to have an enterprise value of approximately $10 billion, including more than $1 billion in revenue from Anywhere’s franchise, title and escrow, and relocation operations.
