Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. announced val-ID by Westcor has successfully validated the identities of borrowers and sellers in 10,000 real estate transactions.
This milestone comes less than a year since the advanced ID verification tool launched in August 2024.

This tool, powered by Intellicheck technology and engineered by GridBase, has led to many customer success stories as agents enhance their due diligence processes, mitigate risks, prevent fraud, and improve overall transaction integrity, according to a release.
