Title Financial Corporation (TFC), along with its family of subsidiaries —Title Financial Specialty Services (TFSS), Flying S Title & Escrow (FSTE), Insured Titles, Helena Abstract & Title Co., and Rocky Mountain Contract Services —is celebrating 120 years of family ownership and service in the title and escrow industry.
Founded in 1905 by William Herman Stufflebeam as the Bingham Abstract Co. in Bingham County, Idaho, the company has evolved from a local business into a regional leader, all while staying true to the values that defined its beginnings: trust, personalized service, and community commitment. Now under the leadership of the fourth generation, the company blends time-honored principles with forward-thinking solutions to deliver service across Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
“2025 marks 120 years since my grandfather established a small title abstracting business in Bingham County,” TFC CEO Quinn Stufflebeam said in a release. Stufflebeam is the great-grandson of the founder. “While much has changed over the years, our commitment to our employees and customers remains unwavering. Their dedication and relationships are the heart of our success. It’s a privilege to work alongside such outstanding people.”
Over the last century, TFC and its affiliates have helped thousands of families, real estate professionals, and businesses navigate the complexities of property transactions.
To commemorate this milestone, TFC will host a series of employee- and family-focused celebrations, along with special appreciation events for clients and community partners throughout the year.
