Settlor, provider of a cloud-based title, escrow and accounting production platform, announced an integration with CloseSimple.
Settlor customers can now leverage CloseSimple’s full suite of features — ranging from automated and branded email and text updates to a robust client portal and advanced fraud prevention tools.
“Settlor’s integration with CloseSimple marks a key milestone in further augmenting the user experience,” Settlor Product Manager Krista Myers said in a release. “Key benefits of CloseSimple include its ability to not only make the transaction experience feel highly customized but also to align with key operational processes. Settlor customers can now utilize CloseSimple to deliver branded, tailored notifications to their customers and consumers.”
When CloseSimple is enabled on an order, Settlor uses an authorized link to open the order in a new tab, exposing details specific to the transaction. Within this tab, users are able to view comments, as well as send customized email notifications to parties associated with the order.
In the future, Settlor customers will also be able to configure their workflows to automatically send events via CloseSimple at specific times in the order’s process. CloseSimple customers can use this integration through Settlor at no additional charge.
