Title Alliance, a title and escrow company specializing in establishing and operating joint ventures with real estate partners across a national footprint, is celebrating 75 years in business in 2023.
As part of the festivities, the company, which is based in suburban Philadelphia and has a western headquarters in Phoenix, recently unveiled a special logo and commemorative tagline to celebrate the occasion. The tagline is, “Committed to Today, Investing for Tomorrow.”
“This logo is a celebration of our past – the design purposely incorporates aspects from the first ever one used by Title Alliance – but it also makes it clear that we are focused on the collective future success of both this company, our JV partners and the customers we serve together,” said Lindsay Smith, Title Alliance’s chief strategy officer. “We love celebrating milestones and accomplishments, but our eyes are always on the future.”
During the last few years, Smith has also become part of the speaker circuit at national title and other real estate conferences and conventions, which is a trend she’s looking to continue in 2023.
“I love sharing the TA story with my peers and colleagues and talking about what we do and how we do it,” she said. “All of us in this business have stories and tips to share, and that’s especially true when you have 75 years of success in your back pocket.”
Founded in Pennsylvania in 1948, Title Alliance started exclusively focusing on joint ventures in 1983. In 2022 alone, Title Alliance expanded operations to Alaska and Nevada and operates in a total of 12 states. The updated logo also alludes to Title Alliance’s parent company, Acrisure. Title Alliance has been part of the Acrisure family since 2021.
Several outreach campaigns and partner celebrations are being planned throughout the year to celebrate the company’s Diamond accomplishment. For Smith and the rest of the leadership team, it’s important to recognize the contributions of the team members, stakeholders and communities associated with Title Alliance. The capstone of the anniversary will take place during the company’s annual internal AMPLIFY event in October.
“We’re excited to recognize our past, talk about the present and plan for the future with those who have helped get Title Alliance to where it is today,” said company CEO Jim Campbell. “As the last couple of years have shown, Title Alliance is a company people trust and love, and we want to keep building on that momentum into our next chapter. Seventy-five years is an accomplishment worth celebrating, and we’re going to do it all year long.”
