The Fidelity National Financial Family of Companies named Kenneth Farmer as associate regional counsel for the region of Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas (ALMA).
“Ken’s expertise in technology and commercial real estate as well as his experience as regional counsel will be a wonderful resource for our agents,” ALMA Area Manager Bobby Burgess said in a release.
Farmer brings over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Most recently, he was regional underwriting counsel for First American Title in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Tennessee, according to his LinkedIn profile. Prior to becoming an underwriter, he practiced commercial real estate law, representing real estate developer clients in the sale and leasing of retail and office properties.
Farmer received a Bachelor of Science in management information systems from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a master’s degree in real estate and his J.D. from University of Florida. He is a founding member of the Land Title Association of Mississippi and serves as its executive director.
