WFG National Title Insurance Co. named 33-year industry veteran David Sallean as executive vice president of national commercial title services. In the newly created role, he will lead the growth and expansion efforts of WFG’s national commercial business.
“We are thrilled to have David onboard to drive the expansion of our commercial title business,” WFG President and CEO Steve Ozonian said in a release. “We’re grateful to have someone with his depth and breadth of experience and well-established industry connections leading the growth charge for us in this important business channel during WFG’s second decade.”
Sallean said he was attracted to the company because of its extensive reserves and financial stability, experienced leadership team and its commitment to customer service.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Sallean served as SVP, associate director of national commercial title services for Old Republic Title and as SVP, associate national title services director for Stewart Title. He also held CFO positions at Contract Land Staff in Sugar Land, Texas, and Omni USA in Houston.
