Sarasota, Fla.-based Williams Parker law firm named real estate attorney Natalie Coldiron as a new partner. She joined the firm’s real estate practice, which now employs 16 attorneys and 18 real estate paralegals and legal assistants.
“We are thrilled that Natalie is joining Williams Parker and bringing her expertise and exceptional level of client service,” Williams Parker President Michael Wilson said in a release. “She complements and expands the firm’s already extensive transactional real estate law team. Our clients will benefit from Natalie’s laser-sharp focus and practical approach to negotiating and closing today’s complex real estate deals.”
Coldiron has more than a decade of experience with residential real estate transactions, including closings and title insurance. Most recently, she was an attorney at Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., also in Sarasota.
“Williams Parker’s stellar reputation, combined with my extensive real estate connections, creates exciting opportunities,” she said. “In addition to its already far-reaching real estate practice and sphere of influence in the region, the firm’s myriad capabilities will further bolster the expertise I provide my clients. On a personal note, I value the firm’s culture of caring … about its professionals, clients, and the community at large.”
