Porter Wright added James Killeen to its growing Pittsburgh law firm as a partner in its real estate practice group. He provides counsel on all aspects of real estate transactions and is a licensed title agent.
“The extensive capabilities and experience James brings in real estate law and real estate settlement services further bolsters the firm’s prominent real estate practice,” Tim Gallagher, Porter Wright partner-in-charge of the Pittsburgh office, said in a release. “We are very excited to welcome him to our growing team.”
In addition to commercial real estate transactional work, Killeen serves as title counsel and settlement agent for Heritage Land Abstract LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Porter Wright. He also serves as litigation counsel for local and national real estate companies and title insurance groups.
Killeen is a member of the Pennsylvania and New York State Bar Associations, as well as the Allegheny County Bar Association.
