Maryland-based Security Title Guarantee Corp. has been committed to being a true underwriter partner for its agents since 1952.
“We are very proud of our history and will certainly take time to celebrate this important milestone throughout the year,” Security Title Senior Vice President Brian Rogers said in a release. “However, our focus is on the shared future of our company and our agents. We’re here for anything they need in 2022 and beyond. We know we can only be successful when our agents are successful.”
Its most recent year, 2021, was one of the best in the company’s history as Security Title continued one of its strongest financial runs ever. In addition, the Baltimore-area company moved into a new headquarters in Linthicum last year.
The company has been owned and operated by members of the Rogers family since it was established by William Rogers and a group of partners from the Baltimore area, which included his son, William (Bill) Rogers Jr. Bill Rogers was also one of the founders and former president of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and served as president of Security Title from 1970 through 1989.

Security Title is licensed to underwrite commercial and residential real estate title insurance policies in 15 states and serves more than 500 title agents across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and the South.
